Non-defective product return policy :
In the case of a return due to customer's preference such as color, shape, image difference, etc., please contact us by e-mail or inquiry form within 7 days after the product arrives. (Outlet products, made-to-order products cannot be returned.)
We will either exchange the product or refund the money.
All items are limited to unused and unopened non-defective products.
The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost and any other costs associated with the purchase (excluding the product price).
Please note that, since our products are individually hand-made, each one may be different from each other, such as cutting patterns and uneven coloring of the surface.
Defective item return special agreement :
Please return it to us by cash on delivery.
After confirming the return, we will ship a non-defective product with the shipping fee prepaid by us, otherwise we will refund the payment.
