Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Since our products are individually handmade, please note that each one may be different from each other, in terms of cutting patterns, uneven coloring of surface treatment and such.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Some items are not eligible for return. Please note that we do not accept returns of outlet products or custom-ordered products.
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
About Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Delays or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again. If there is no mistake in the information you provided, please contact your credit card company. Please note that it may take some time after processing the refund until your refund to be officially completed.
Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund to be completed.

Outlet Items/Made-to-Order/Custom-Ordered Items
We accept returns of regularly priced items, but we do not accept returns of outlet items or custom-ordered products.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email info@tzproducts.jp and return the product to the following address:

Returns
If you wish to return an item, you must send it back to the following address: 4-13-12, Mitejima, Nishiyodogawa-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka, 555-0012, JAPAN
The shipping costs and any other expenses incurred with the purchase (excluding the cost of the products) are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that shipping costs are not included in the refund. If a refund is requested, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
For defective products only, the shipping costs will be covered by our company. Please send the item back COD (collect on delivery). After confirming the return and failure of the products, we will either ship a replacement at our expense or refund the purchase price.
Please be aware that delivery of exchanged items may take longer depending on your location.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not accept any responsibility for damage or loss during return shipping.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
