Shipping cost

Shipping costs within Japan are free nationwide. (Excluding outlet items)

For international orders, shipping costs vary depending on the destination region.

At this time, we may not be able to ship to certain international regions yet due to delivery regulation and such. (Delivery to such regions may become available after required setup is completed.)

Shipping method

The delivery method shall be the method specified by our shop, and as a general rule, it cannot be selected by the customer.


Delivery days

We will ship your order within 3 business days.
In the case of Japan, it will usually arrive within 2 to 3 days after shipment. (For remote islands, it may take 3-4 days.)
For international orders, the delivery time varies depending on the destination region.
Please note that this does not apply to areas where natural disasters occur or large-scale events are held.


Damage during delivery

We take great care when packing to ensure that the outer box is not damaged or dented before shipping.
However, after handling the products over to the delivery company, there is a possibility that some kind of trouble or damage may occur during transportation due to the responsibility of the delivery company.
We ask for your kind understanding in the case where there are scratches and dents on the outer box that do not interfere with the use of the main unit.
