Shipping cost

This website (hereafter referred to as "our shop") offers free shipping nationwide within Japan.
International shipping rates vary depending on the destination region.


Shipping method

The delivery method shall be the method specified by our shop, and as a general rule, it cannot be selected by the customer.


Delivery days

We will ship your order within 3 business days.
In the case of Japan, it will usually arrive within 2 to 3 days after shipment. (For remote islands, it may take 3-4 days.)
For international orders, the delivery time varies depending on the destination region.
Please note that this does not apply to areas where natural disasters occur or large-scale events are held.


Damage during delivery

We take great care when packing to ensure that the outer box is not damaged or dented before shipping. However, after handling the products over to the delivery company, there is a possibility that some kind of trouble or damage may occur during transportation due to the responsibility of the delivery company.
We ask for your kind understanding in the case where there are scratches and dents on the outer box that do not interfere with the use of the main unit.

For bulk orders

If you are purchasing six or more watch winders, due to the increased weight, we kindly ask you to either place your orders in multiple installments or contact us for assistance.
